摘要
分析柴油发电机组双层隔振系统的动力学特性,分析不同质量比、刚度比的双层隔振系统的传递特性,分析表明对于双层隔振系统应降低上层隔振器的刚度而增加下层隔振器的刚度;应减少公共底座和柴油发电机组的质量比,以有利于提高减振效果。通过对柴油发电机组双层隔振装置的实船测量分析验证上述分析结论的正确性。
The dynamic characteristics of the two-layer vibration isolation and the transmission function curves obtained under different ratio mass and rigidity are mainly discussed.For the two-layer vibration isolation,it is shown that the many benefits of reducing vibration energy transmission and improving the isolation effect when rigidity ratio increases or mass ratio decreases as possible.It is proved by the actual test of diesel generating set.
