摘要
本文分析三相混合式步进电机细分驱动绕组正弦波电流的机理 ,设计出电流控制型的PWM信号产生电路 ,实现采用IGBT、工作于高电压大电流的细分驱动系统。实验结果表明 ,本文设计的细分驱动器消除了低频振荡 ,有良好的矩频特性。
This paper analyzes the principle of sine-wave phase current at microstepping driving for 3-phase hybrid stepmotor. A current-controlled generation circuit of PWM is designed. A microstepping driving system working under high voltage and high current with IGBTs is realized. The results of experiment indicate that the designed microstepping driver has good torque-frequency characteristic and it can eliminate surging at low frequency.
