摘要
[目的 ]通过干扰素α - 2b乳膏治疗带状疱疹和生殖器疱疹 ,评价该药的临床疗效与安全性。[方法 ]采用随机双盲、平行对照试验。试验组和对照组各 4 0例 ,皮疹处外涂干扰素α - 2b乳膏或安慰剂 ,4次 /d。 [结果 ]生殖器疱疹试验组痊愈率 6 5 % ,有效率 85 % ;对照组痊愈率 2 5 % ,有效率5 0 %。带状疱疹试验组痊愈率 6 0 % ,有效率 85 % ;对照组痊愈率 1 5 % ,有效率 4 5 %。两种疾病的试验组疗效均明显优于对照组 ,统计学分析具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。未见不良反应。 [结论 ]重组人干扰素α - 2b乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹和带状疱疹安全。
To evaluate the efficiency and safety of alpha-2b Interferon in cream through curing patients afflicted with genital Herpes or Herps zoster. A randomized, double-blind,placebo-controlled, comparative trial method was used.There are 40 cases in Test group and Control group respectively. The alpha-2b Interferon in cream or placebo was used to eruption four time a day. Patients with genital herpes who were treated with alpha-2b Interferon in cream had higher significantly cure and efficiency rate than placebo recipients,they were 65%,85% versus 25%,50% correspondingly. Patients with herps zoster who were treated with alpha-2b Interferon in cream were the same ,the cure and efficiency rate were 60%,85% versus 15%,45% correspondingly.The difference was significant ( P <0.05). The treatment was well tolerated by all patients.[Conclusion] The results substantiate that alpha-2b Interferon in cream is effective and safe in treatment for patients afflicted with genital herpes or herps zoster.
