摘要 从配方设计的角度系统地研究了生胶体系、填料体系、硫化体系等对胎面胶抗切割性能的影响。结果表明,与天然橡胶、顺丁橡胶相比,丁苯橡胶表现出了最佳的抗切割性能;随着填料比表面积和结构度的增加,胶料的抗切割性能显著提高。与炭黑相比,一定量的白炭黑能够更有效地提高胶料的抗切割性能;硫黄和促进剂用量的增加都不利于胶料抗切割性能的提升。 Effects of rubber,filler,curing system on chipping resistance ability of tread compound were investigated systematically by the method of compound designing.The result showed that compared to NR compound and BR compound,respectively,SBR compound exhibits the best chipping resistance performance.With the increase of particle structure and specific surface area,the chipping resistance performance can improve dramatically.Compared to carbon black filler,the performance of silica-gel filler shows a better chipping resistance ability.The increase of sulfur and accelerate agents are not beneficial for the improvement of chipping resistance.
