摘要
聚丙烯(PP)脆性高、缺口冲击强度低,特别在低温时尤为严重,其增韧改性是扩大PP使用范围的重要方法。综述近2年增韧PP的最新研究进展,介绍橡胶或弹性体共混增韧、热塑性塑料增韧、无机刚性粒子增韧、纳米粒子增韧及晶须增韧PP的最新研究情况。重点介绍了纳米粒子增韧PP的研究,并且指出纳米粒子/弹性体协同增韧PP将是未来PP增韧改性的主要研究方向。
Polypropylene(PP) possesses big brittleness,low notched impact strength especially at low temperature.Its toughening modification is a very important method for enlarging PP application fields.The newest study progress of toughening PP in recent two years is summarized.The newest study situation of toughening PP by using rubber or elastomer blend,thermoplastic plastics, inorganic rigid particle,nanoparticle and crystal whisker is introduced.The toughening PP with nanoparticle is expounded emphatically.Synergistic toughening PP with nanoparticle/elastomer is the main study direction on its modification in the future.
