摘要 以复合微生物菌剂降解垃圾的适宜条件为出发点 ,根据堆肥小试实验结果 ,确定进料垃圾特性、合理的工艺参数及一次发酵完成时间 ,结合制备装置材料的保温性、堆肥物料平衡、热量平衡 ,合理确定反应装置容积、供气方式、操作运行条件 ,开发了翻转式堆肥反应装置。该装置具有堆料搅拌均匀、进出料简单。 Setting the suitable conditions of solid waste degradation by complex microorganisms as a start point, this paper defined the characteristics of inlet solid waste, reasonable technical parameters, and once fermentation period according to the bench-scale experimental result. Then, combined with the temperature retention ability of the materials, mass balance, heat balance, reasonable size, air feed style, and operation condition, a rotation composting reactor was developed. The equipment has the characteristics of even stirring of reacting materials, simple inlet and outlet design, balanced air feed and so on.
