小型多层塔式堆肥反应器的设计与试验 被引量:11

摘要 针对目前中小型养殖场畜禽粪便堆肥工艺简单粗放,堆肥设备简陋,自动化程度低的问题,设计制造一种多层塔式的小型堆肥反应器。阐述塔式堆肥反应器系统工作原理和主要配置,主要由原料预处理混合装置、堆肥反应器装置、工控机和成品干燥包装装置组成。完成塔式堆肥反应器整体结构和自动控制系统设计,通过理论计算,M0/S=92.59>5.73,反应器所需通风量>693m3/h。规模化养猪场试验结果表明:肥堆1/3处和2/3处温度大于50℃的天数分别为6.1d和5.7d,种子发芽率分别为对照组的92.1%和90.5%,均大于90%;发芽指数分别为0.56和0.55,无显著差异,均大于0.5,具有良好的堆肥试验效果。 Aiming at the existing problems of livestock manure composting in small and medium sized farms,such as simple and extensive process,crude equipments,and low automatic level,a small multilayer tower composting reactor was designed.Working principle and main configurations of this composting reactor were described,which is mainly composed of raw material pretreatment mixing device,composting reactor device,industrial control computer,and drying and packaging device.The entire structure and automatic control system were designed with some theoretical calculations,M0/S=92.595.73,and ventilation quantity required by the reactor693m3/h.The test results of large-scale pig farms show that at 1/3and 2/3compost piles,the number of days that composting temperature is higher than 50℃,are 6.1dand 5.7drespectively;the seed germination rates are 92.1% and 90.5% of the control group;and the germination indexes are 0.56 and 0.55 with no significant difference.This designed composting reactor has good composting test effect.
