摘要
报道了在钼系与氧化物系催化剂基础上开发的G-34型耐硫甲烷化催化剂的反应特性。它综合钼系和氧化物系二类催化剂的优点,获得了活性高、选择性好、对原料气中硫浓度不敏感,反应前可自然硫化,有良好稳定性的结果。此催化剂用于压力粗煤气提高热值较经济合理。可直接生产合格的城市煤气。
The catalysts were developed on the basis of molybdenum and metal oxide methanation catalysts. Combining strong points of the two series,G-34 catalysts possess higher activity and selectivity. Under the conditions of 350℃,1000hr^(-1),2 MPa and H/C=3.9,82% CO conversion and 88% selectivity to CH_4 were obtained. The catalysts are insensitive towerd sulfur concentration variation and need no presulfuration. With these catalysts,organic sulfur compounds in feed gas can be completely converted into hydrogen sulfide.In the range of H/C=1-4,the catalysts have good adaptability.CO_2 in feed gas depresses methanation activity. Using raw coal gas as feed gas,an 1000 hr stability pilot test of the catalysts has been carried out. The results indicated that the catalyst stability was excellent.Therefore,it is very economical and reasonable to use G-34 catalysts to raise the heating value of pressure raw coal gas in the production of town gas.
