摘要
本文研究了SDM-1型城市煤气耐硫甲烷化催化剂的本征动力学。在573~673K,0.30~1.20MPa的反应条件下,原料气的组成为H_(2)42~45%,CO11~24%,CH_(4)1.8~15%,CO_(2)5.8~17%,余者为N_2气,采用幂函数模型回归的动力学方程为:结果表明,出口关键组分的模型计算值与实验值相当吻合,其残差分布符合均匀分布,统计检验亦证明了该模型是合理的。
Intrinsic kinetics of methanation on SDM-1 sulfur-tolerant catalyst was ex-amined under conditions 300~400℃,0.30~1.20MPa,H_2 42~45%,CO 11~24%,CH_41.8~15%,CO_2 5.8~17% and N_2 11~29%. The regression equations are as follow:the model is tested by mathematical statistic methods and residual distribution. The resultshows that the kinetic equations are reasonable.
