摘要
天马山矿矿石属含砷高硫难选金矿石,对该矿石进行了选矿工艺研究,采用优先浮选金、漂白粉作氧化剂氧化浮选分离黄铁矿和毒砂、磁选分离磁黄铁矿和毒砂工艺,综合回收金硫砷,取得较好选别指标。此工艺比较适合天马山金砷硫化矿矿石性质和该矿的实际生产情况。
The ore of Tianmashan deposit belongs to a kind of refractory gold ore due to its bearing of high arsenic and high-sulfur. The mineral processing experiments are performed for comprehensive recovery of Au, S and As from the ore. A new dressing technology, selective flotation separation of gold, and flotation separating pyrite from arsenopyrite with chlorinated lime as the oxidizing agent, and magnetic separation of pyrrhotite from arsenopyrite is adopted and good beneficiation indexes are achieved. The process is thought to be suitable to Tianmashan ore properties and the actual production situation of the mine.
