摘要
本文研究了毒砂的可浮性、活化和抑制。结果表明,在强碱性介质中毒砂受到强烈抑制,归因于矿物表面活性点的消失,不能继续吸附捕收剂。氧化剂对毒砂浮选的不利影响则是因为氧化形成了亲水的氧化物表面膜,超过了捕收剂吸附形成的疏水性。适当控制pH值或合理使用氧化剂均可以使毒砂和黄铁矿得到分离。但体系中金属离子特别是Cu~的存在,使得分离变为不可能。铜离子对毒砂和黄铁矿的活化作用,是由于在它们表面上形成了性质相同的CuS化合物,提供的Cu~活性点在强碱性介质中也不能除去,且使氧化选择性降低。最后提出了今后的研究方向。
In this paper the analysis of pulp liquid, infrared spectra and adsorption determination were presented, and the flotation, activation and depression of arsenopyrite studied. The obtained results show that arsenopyrite is depressed heavily in alkaline media, which is attributed to the destruction of active sites on the mineral surface and, therefore, xanthate cannot adsorb on arsenopyrite.
