摘要
高校与党政机关、企事业单位合作共建校外实践教育基地,是教育部推进"本科教学工程"的关键举措。针对公共管理专业校外实践教育基地如何"共建、共管、共评",采用案例分析、参与式观察研究法,从过程管理维度在对浙江工业大学个案实践剖析基础上,提出优化实践教学管理、落实岗位双向选择机制、完善岗前培训、加强过程监管和重构考评体系等改革路径。
The construction of practical education bases by joint effort from universities,enterprises,institutions and governments is a crucial measure to promote undergraduate teaching projects proposed by the Ministry of Education.Aiming to solve the problem of'co-constructing,co-supervising and co-evaluating'in building practical education bases outside universities,this article puts forward the innovation paths from the dimension of process management,including optimizing the management of practical education,implementing the bidirectional-selection mechanism of posts,improving pre-job training,strengthening supervision and reconstructing evaluation system.A case analysis is made of Zhejiang University of Technology by using case-study and participants-observation research methods.
