摘要
目的探究早期护理干预在预防老年患者髋部骨折下肢深静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法以2017年10月—2018年8月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院治疗的髋部骨折老年患者80例作为研究对象,根据临床前瞻性研究原则,采用掷币随机法,将之分为两组,各40例,常规护理干预施行于对照组,早期护理干预施行于观察组,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%,护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预施行于髋部骨折老年患者中,可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓的发生,值得在临床实践中采纳应用。
Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods 80 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from October 2017 to August 2018 were divided into two groups randomly by coin tossing according to the clinical prospective study principle. 40 cases in each group were given routine nursing intervention in the control group. Early nursing intervention was given in the control group. Observation group, compare two groups of nursing effect. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture can effectively prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
