摘要
风险预控管理体系突出体现了对风险的超前预控和过程性管理。通过阐述矿井在生产过程中采用风险预控管理措施和亮点,提出切实提高矿井安全生产效率,逐步建立安全生产长效机制。
Risk pre-control management system highlighted the advanced pre-control and process management for risk. According to explaining the measures and spotlight of risk pre-control management in the process of mining,this paper put forward that the efficiency of mine safety production should be improved,and the long-term safety production mechanism should be established.
