摘要
随着时代不断发展,人们对资源的需求缺口较大,尤其是煤炭资源,需不断勘探以及开发。煤炭资源作为一种不可再生资源,其开采环境较为恶劣,具有较高的危险性,威胁工作人员的生命安全。一旦发生安全事故,对煤矿开采企业来说有着巨大的影响,损害企业形象以及经济效益。因此,在煤矿开发利用过程中,需加强煤矿安全管理工作,降低安全事故发生率。鉴于此,引入风险预控管理系统,提升煤矿企业安全管理水平,降低安全事故发生率,促进煤矿企业实现健康可持续发展。
With the continuous development of the times,people’s demand for resources is large.Especially coal resources need continuous exploration and development.As a kind of non-renewable resource,coal resources have a relatively harsh mining environment and high risk,threatening the safety of staff.Once a safety accident occurs,it will have a huge impact on coal mining enterprises,damaging their image and economic benefits.Therefore,in the process of coal mine development and utilization,it is necessary to strengthen coal mine safety management and reduce the incidence of safety accidents.In view of this,the risk pre-control management system is introduced to improve the safety management level of coal mine enterprises,reduce the occurrence rate of safety accidents,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of coal mine enterprises.
