摘要
以PLC控制器为核心,结合CAN通信以及变频器技术,设计并实现了煤矿局部通风机集中控制平台。详细给出了PLC控制器与变频器、传感器组以及上位机的程序设计。实际应用结果表明:集中控制平台运行稳定,进一步保障了煤矿的安全生产,为实现煤矿生产少人化、无人化的目标又迈进了一步。
With PLC controller as the core,combined with CAN communication and inverter technology,the centralized control platform of the local ventilators in coal mine is designed and realized.The programming of the PLC controller and the inverter,the sensor group and the host computer are given in detail.The practical application results show that the centralized control platform is stable in operation,further ensuring the safe production of coal mine,and has taken another step towards achieving the goal of unmanned coal mine production.
