摘要
输变电项目环境影响评价工作是电网建设的重要环节。为有效解决输变电项目环境影响评价工作遇到的问题,结合陕西输变电项目环境影响评价工作实际案例,通过优化设计方案和落实环保理念来解决输变电项目环境影响评价工作受阻的问题,并提出了相关工作措施和建议。
The environmental impact assessment is a very important link in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects. To better solve the problems encoun-tered in the environmental impact assessment,based on the actual practice in the assessment of power transmission projects in Shaanxi,this paper proposes a new approach through the optimal design and implementation of the environment protec-tion concept to address the difficult problems. In addition,the paper gives some related measures and suggestions.
