摘要
为适应我国电力体制改革“厂网分开”的新形势 ,保证电网规划的顺利进行 ,要协调好电源规划与电网规划之间的关系。电源规划的原则应是“抢点占线” ,做好新建电源的前期工作。电网规划的原则应是“以网带点” ,以“加强受端系统 ,分散外接电源”为规划指导思想 。
In order to adapt the 'separation of power generation from power networks' after the power industry reforms in China and guarantee the power planning smoothly it is necessary to harmonize well the relations between the power source planning and power grid planning. The principle for the power source planning should be to 'snatch the points and occupy the lines' and prepare for the early stage jobs of new power sources. While the principles of power grid planning should be to 'use the grid for promotion of points' and take 'enhancing the system at the receiving end and distributing the external source' as the guidance for planning in order to promote the order and health development of power market.
