摘要
本研究通过相关分析提出大型水库中小洪水实时预报调度技术体系,旨在利用水文气象预报水平、适度承担防洪风险的前提下,提高水库防洪库容的利用率、实现洪水资源化。整套技术在三峡水库应用,实践证明,水库中小洪水预报调度技术在水库调洪运用中,风险可控,效益显著。
This paper proposed a technical system for the real time forecasting and operation of small and medium-sized floods for large reservoirs,for improving the utilization rate of flood storage capacity of reservoir and realizing the utilization of floods.After the application in the Three Gorges Reservoir,it shows that such technology has advantages of controllable risk and significant benefit.
