摘要
预报精度和预见期是水库防洪调度中关注的最重要问题。本文分析了利用短期气象降雨预报的必要性和重要性，回顾了近十多年气象领域取得的令人瞩目的进展，介绍了数值预报产品及其释用方法的效果，讨论了利用气象预报成果应注意的问题。
rediction accuracy and prior forecast period are the moot important problem in reservoir flood operation. In thepaper; firstly analyze the neccesity and importance of applying the short-term meteorologica precipitation forecast toreservoir flood operation,secondly review the great advance in meteorology for decades,thirdly introduce the numericalsynopticprediction products and their forecast results, finally discuss the noticed problems of utiliring the meteorologicaforecast products.
