本文介绍了用于分析矩阵之间相关关系的Mantel检验和偏Mantel检验,并用生态学中的实例说明它们的具体应用.
Here we introduce Mantel test and partial Mantel test which were used to analysis the correlation between matrices and show their applications in Ecology with ecological instances.
