关于我国食品加工中的污染及其安全检验研究 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,我国食品行业逐渐暴露出各种污染问题,导致食品安全形势较为严峻。例如,苏丹红、亚硝酸盐等各种新的加工食品的添加剂或污染物对民众的安全食用造成了极大的威胁;一些商家为了使产品的色泽更加鲜艳、口感更加独特,人为地在食品中加入了对人体有极大危害的成分,使产品的销量得以提升。所以,加强对加工食品的检验变得非常重要。基于此,本文概述食品加工污染及其分类,以及食品加工污染对人体产生的危害及污染类型,并提出食品加工污染的安全检测方法。 In recent years,China's food industry has gradually exposed a variety of pollution problems,so that food safety situation suffered a greater challenge. For example,Sudan,nitrite and other new processed food additives or pollutants on the public's safe food caused a great threat. In order to make the color and luster of the products more colorful and more unique,some businessmen have added the ingredients which have great harm to the human body in the food,so that the sales volume of the products can be improved. Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the inspection of processed foods. Based on this,this paper summarized the food processing pollution and its classification,and food processing pollution on the human body caused by the hazards and pollution types,and put forward the safety of food processing safety testing methods for reference.
