摘要
针对桑郎水库大坝RCC夏季高温施工中,浇筑能力与实际需求不匹配、混凝土温控防裂要求严格等问题,通过分析现有混凝土拌合系统生产能力,结合RCC铺筑和混凝土温度应力控制的施工新技术特点,确定采用RCC斜层平推铺筑加预埋冷却水管的施工工艺。详细分析了RCC斜层复杂施工中,可能造成冷却水管移位、堵塞和破坏等的风险因素,并提出完善的预防处理措施。工程实践应用表明,坝体RCC斜层铺筑HDPE冷却水管,其质量合格率达94.3%,优良率达68.35%,有效解决了RCC薄斜升层快速优质施工和高温季节施工温控防裂难题。
Due to the complex conditions of pouring capacity cannot match with the actual needs,strictly demanding of concrete temperature control and anti- crack during the roller compacted concrete paving process at summer high temperature construction in Sang Lang Reservoir Dam. Based on analyzing the capabilities of the existing concrete mixing system,combining with the new construction technical features of RCC paving and concrete temperature stress controlling,the roller compacted concrete oblique layer paving with embedding HDPE cooling pipe construction technology has been optimally chosen. The comprehensive preventive measures has been proposed after doing the detailed analysis of risk factors for displacement,destruction and blockage of the cooling water pipe during roller compacted concrete oblique layer paving progress. Engineering practice applications show that:the quality of embedding HDPE cooling water pipe during dam construction is very good with the94. 3% pass rate and 68. 35% excellent rate,which can effectively ensure the thin and oblique layer concrete rapid ramp- up with high construction quality,and can solve the hot reason construction problems of temperature control and anti- crack.
