摘要
传统的大体积混凝土冷却水循环采用人工值守的方式,冷却循环水连续不间断运行的可靠性低、难于精确控制混凝土内部的温度,而且成本高,效果差。本文针对南盘江大桥拱座大体积混凝土施工,提出了冷却水自动循环系统,很好地控制了大体积混凝土浇注时的内外温差,减少了裂缝,取得了很好的效果。
Cooling water circulation of traditional mass concrete is used by artificial unattended, continuous uninterrupted operation for cooling water circulation with low reliability is difficult to accurate control internal temperature in concrete, the cost is high and effect is poor. Cooling water automatic circulation system of mass concrete construction for Nanpan river bridge abutment is proposed, which can control internal and external temperature as mass concrete pouring, reduce the cracks and have good effects.
