摘要
以白鹤滩水电站工程预冷混凝土生产过程为例,针对混凝土的出机口温度控制在14℃、7℃或更低的设计要求,从混凝土原材料温控和拌制过程温控两方面,提出了"一次风冷+拌和楼风冷+加冰+冷水"的工艺调整措施,达到了混凝土温度控制的设计要求。
By taking the production process of the precooled concrete for the construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station as the actual case,the measure of the technological adjustment,i. e. primary air-cooling + concrete bathing and mixing plant + ice +cold water,is put forward from the aspects of the temperature control of concrete raw materials and the temperature control of the mixing process for the design requirement of that the concrete temperature at the mixer outlet must be controlled at 14 ℃,7 ℃or more lower,which reaches the design requirement of the concrete temperature control.
