摘要
通过使用低水化热水泥,降低水泥的参量和原材料预冷技术,可以有效的降低混凝土施工时产出的水化热,降低混凝土内部温度梯度和表面的温度差;介绍了夏季大体积混凝土的成功施工技术,通过在搅拌水中添加冰块,骨料的喷淋冷水,和骨料的覆盖和搅拌时间的控制,可以在大气温度达到35℃的情况下,将混凝土的入模平均温度控制在30℃以下;通过对温度的监控,该大体积混凝土温差控制在合理范围内。
Though using low heat of hydration cement, reducing the cement dosage and pre-cooling technology,we can reduce the heat of hydration of concrete, reduce the internal temperature gradient and the surface of the concrete temperature difference.The construction technology of mass concrete in summer was introduced, though adding ice in the mixing water, spraying cold aggregate, aggregate cover- age and stirring time control,the average temperature of concrete could control below 30 degrees under the atmospheric temperature reached 35 degree.The results showed that the large volume concrete temperature control in the reasonable scope and the volume construc- tion technology of mass volume concrete was feasible under high temperature.
