摘要
开展了白马钒钛精矿厚料层烧结实验并发现,随着烧结料层厚度增加,烧结矿的成品率和转鼓强度明显变好,利用系数和垂直烧结速度逐渐降低,通过优化物料结构和改善碱度的措施能够降低料层提高所带来的负面效益,将烧结利用系数从0.703 t/(m^2·h)提高至1.079 t/(m^2·h),烧结速度从11.11 mm/min提高至15.56 mm/min。白马钒钛精矿厚料层烧结工业应用表明:烧结料层从650 mm提高至715 mm后,烧结矿成品率提高1%,总返矿率降低1.395%,利用系数提高0.024 t/(m^2·h),固体燃耗降低1.759 kg/t。
The experiment of the thick layer sintering of Baima V-Ti concentrate found that with the increase of the thickness of the sinter layer,the yield of the sinter and the drum strength of the sinter became better,and the utilization coefficient and the vertical sintering speed were gradually reduced.By optimizing the material structure and improving the alkalinity,the negative benefits of the material layer can be reduced.The sintering utilization coefficient is increased from 0.703 t/(m^2·h) to 1.079 t/(m^2·h),and the sintering speed is increased from 11.11 mm/min to 15.56 mm/min.The application of the thick layer sintering of Baima V-Ti concentrate shows that after the sintering layer is increased from 650 mm to 715 mm,the sinter yield is increased by 1%,the total return rate is reduced by 1.395%,the utilization coefficient is increased by 0.024 t/(m^2·h),and the solid fuel consumption is reduced by 1.759 kg/t.
