返璞归真:寻求教育信息化的原生态与突破口 被引量:3

摘要 技术的不断迭代更新,使得信息化成为教育变革的希冀。我国在教育信息化方面近乎四十年的艰苦探索过程中,其本身在实际学校中扮演什么角色?在变革的路上走了多远?其"革命性影响"发生几何?文章试图从学校的视角还原当下教育信息化的原生态面貌,为推进教育信息化进程寻找突破口。文章运用访谈法获取当前一线教师与领导的真实声音,借助质性分析工具对资料进行处理与编码,运用扎根理论建立了"发展愿景"→"供给关系"→"基础配置"→"技术态度"→"实践应用"的教育信息化完整的故事主线,刻画了我国教育信息化原生态。发现信息化正在逐步形成可预期的蓝图,定制与统筹成为校企合作的主要模式,基础配置大体满足常态化教学需求,利益相关者的态度在矛盾之中得以突破,学校反复探索个性化的应用模式。而在此过程中,存在着学科对口资源体系不健全,技术问题频现,信息化负担加剧,负面效益日益凸显,谁来买单的矛盾出现等现实症结。为此,后续的工作重点应当落在重组资源逻辑体系;完善教育信息化治理体系;实现增能减负的技术目标;调和教育信息化需求与服务的矛盾关系四个方面。 The continuous updating of technology makes educational informationization a hope of education reform.In the past 40 years,what is the role of educational informationization in schools?How far have we been on the road to reform?How much has educational informationization affected education?This paper tries to restore the original ecology of current educational informationization from the perspective of the school,with the purpose of finding a breakthrough in promoting educational informationization.The interview method is adopted to obtain the voices of teachers and leaders,with the aid of qualitative analysis tools to process and encode those data.And then,grounded theory is used to establish a complete storyline of educational informationization to depict the original ecology of educational informationization in China,which covers"developmental vision","supply relationship","basic configuration","technical attitude"and"practical application".The result indicates that a predictable blueprint of informationization is gradually formed,the customization and overall allocation have become the chief model for the cooperation between schools and enterprises,basic configuration can meet the normal teaching needs,the breakthrough of the stakeholders'attitudes has come in contradiction,and schools attempt to explore personalized application model repeatedly.Meanwhile,it is found that there exist many problems such as the unsound system of interdisciplinary resources,frequent technical problems,the increasing burden of informationization,increasingly negative effects and the payment contradiction.Therefore,the subsequent work should focus on restructuring the logic system of the resources,improving the governance system of educational informationization,realizing the technological goal of increasing energy and reducing the burden,and reconciling the contradiction between the demand and the service of educational informationization.
