摘要
本文通过对美国、俄罗斯、欧洲主要国家标准化军民融合改革的背景、措施、成效及发展战略的分析研究,在对比分析我国标准化体制机制的基础上,提出各国改革带给我们的启示,以期为我国军民融合标准化工作提供借鉴。
This paper presents the background, measures, effect and development strategy of USA, Russia and major European countries’ reformation, which could be reference for the standardization of the domestic civil-military integration.
