摘要
坚定党和人民的"四个自信"是我国社会主义意识形态建设的重要内容。我国宪法凭借其根本性、人民性和发展性的重要特征,对于保障新时代社会主义意识形态建设顺利前进具有重大意义:其通过确认国家发展的指导思想,提供理论自信的宪法保障;通过确认国家发展的独特道路,奠定道路自信的宪法保障;通过确认国家发展的基本制度,巩固制度自信的宪法保障;通过确认国家发展的文化方向,筑牢文化自信的宪法保障。在推进全面依法治国的实践中,要充分重视宪法的作用,整体把握我国宪法的内容与社会主义意识形态建设的内在联系。
Strengthening the'four self-confidence'of the CPC and the people is an important part of the socialist ideology construction in China.Constitution of PRC,relying on its important features of fundamental,developmental and the affinity to the people,is of great significance in ensuring the smooth progress of socialist ideology construction in the new age.Firstly,it provides the constitutional ensurance of theory self-confidence by affirming the guiding ideology of national development.Secondly,it establishes the constitutional ensurance of road self-confidence by affirming the unique road of national development.Thirdly,it consolidates the constitutional ensurance of system self-confidence by affirming the fundamental system of national development.Fourthly,it establishes the constitutional ensurance of culture self-confidence by affirming the political direction of the national cultural development.In the practice of advancing the law-based governance,we should attach great importance to the role of Constitution of PRC and grasp the internal relationship between the content of Constitution of PRC and the socialist ideology construction as a whole.
