摘要 针对CRTSⅠ型轨道板在施工过程中的上浮与CA砂浆渗水实际情况,对轨道板上浮量、砂浆膨胀、渗水量等进行研究。研究结果表明,CA砂浆灌注后,设有扣压装置的轨道板面四角均上浮,随后首次回落至低点,再呈现上升-下降-上升的依时变化规律;CA砂浆渗水率和膨胀率呈良好的正相关性,渗水动力源于砂浆内部膨胀,水分渗出有助于提高砂浆强度;渗出水中固含量随时间延长逐渐降低,30min后基本稳定,渗出量对砂浆组分的影响可忽略。 According to the grouting construction of cement-asphalt emulsified mortar(CA mortar),CRTSⅠtrack slab floating upward values,mortar expansion,water seepage of CA mortar and other aspects are discussed in this paper.The results show that track slab under pressing devices would float with grouting CA mortar,subsequently fell to a low value in the first time,and then the four angles of slab present the change regulation of'ascend-descend-ascend'with time.Seepage power come from the internal volume expansion of CA mortar,which is evidenced by a good positive correlation between seepage rate and expansion rate of CA mortar,and water seepage is helpful to improve the strength of CA mortar.The solid content of water seepage reduced gradually over time,and basically stabilized in 30 min,the effects of seepage component on the mortar composition can be neglected.
