摘要
CA砂浆在高速铁路板式无碴轨道中起到减缓震动的作用,是板式无碴轨道的关键组成部分。通过CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆在不同加载荷载形式下的疲劳试验,研究荷载作用次数、荷载幅值、稳态荷载值及荷载频率对CA砂浆短期疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:重复荷载作用次数越多,CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆的剩余强度越低。荷载幅值、稳态荷载值、荷载频率均会对CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆的疲劳剩余强度产生影响。在一定的荷载作用次数下,CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆的疲劳剩余强度随着荷载幅值、稳态荷载值、荷载频率的增大而降低。
CA mortar plays the role of reducing-vibration in the slab track of high speed railway,and it is a key component of the slab track.By means of the figure testing with different load types on the CRTS Ⅱ CA mortar,the influences of the load numbers,amplitude,steady-state value and frequencies on the residual strength were studied.The results show that the more the number of repeated loads,the lower the residual strength of the CRTS Ⅱ CA mortar.The load amplitude,steady-state load value and load frequencies all affect the CRTS Ⅱ CA mortar's residual strength.In a certain number of load's times,the residual strength of the CRTS Ⅱ CA mortar decrease with the increase of the load amplitude,steady-state load value and load frequency.
