肺癌骨转移患者放疗前后血清β-CTX和PINP水平变化及其与疗效的关系 被引量:9

Clinical significance of β-CTX and PINP alteration in lung cancer patients with bone metastasis treated with radiotherapy

摘要 目的观察肺癌骨转移患者放疗前后血清Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)和Ⅰ型前胶原N-端前肽(PINP)的变化,并分析其与放疗疗效的关系。方法对28例肺癌骨转移患者均给予6 MV X线放射治疗,每周5次,3 Gy/F,总剂量30 Gy。放疗后评价疗效,放疗前后电化学发光法检测血清β-CTX和PINP,比较放疗前后血清β-CTX和PINP变化及其与放疗疗效的关系。结果肺癌骨转移患者放疗后止痛效果为完全缓解9例、部分缓解10例、无缓解9例、有效率为67.86%,血清β-CTX和PINP水平均较放疗前明显下降(P均<0.05)。放疗有效者放疗后血清β-CTX、PINP水平较放疗前明显下降(P均<0.05),放疗无效者放疗后血清PINP水平较放疗前有所下降(P<0.05),β-CTX略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺癌骨转移患者放疗后血清β-CTX和PINP较放疗前降低,二者可作为肺癌骨转移患者放疗疗效评价的辅助指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of β isomer of C-terminal telopeptide( β-CTX) and amino-terminal propeptide of type I collagen( PINP) in lung cancer patients with bone metastasis before and after radiotherapy. Methods A total of 28 lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were enrolled in this study. Serum β-CTX and PINP were measured before and after radiotherapy. The relationship between the level of serum β-CTX,PINP before and after radiotherapy and the response to radiotherapy were analyzed. Results 9 cases had complete remission of pain after radiotherapy,10 cases partial remission,9 cases no remission,the effective rate was 67. 86%. Compared with pre-radiotherapy,the levels of β-CTX and PINP deceased after radiotherapy( both P < 0. 05). For radiotherapy responding group,the levels of β-CTX and PINP decreased after radiotherapy( both P < 0. 05). For radiotherapy non-responding group,the level of PINP decreased( P < 0. 05),while β-CTX slightly decreased( P > 0. 05). Conclusions The levels of β-CTX and PINP in serum of lung cancer patients with bone metastasis measurement after radiotherapy decreased compare with before radiotherapy,which might be as valuable index to monitor radiotherapy response.
