摘要
目的:观察穴位按摩联合五行音乐疗法对脑卒中后抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年12月于我院成人康复科住院部住院PSD患者126例,采取随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=63)和对照组(n=63),对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予穴位按摩联合五行音乐疗法。对比两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)、中医症状及生活质量表(SF-36)得分。结果:观察组总有效率为93.65%,对照组总有效率为79.37%。治疗6个疗程后,观察组HAMD、PQSI及中医症状评分下降明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组各个维度的SF-36得分均有明显上升,且治疗前相比(P<0.05);观察组RE、VT、BP、MH及GH这五个维度与对照组相比(P<0.05)。结论:采用穴位按摩联合五行音乐疗法可有效改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁及睡眠障碍程度,能明显提高患者的生活质量,该方案值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of points massage combined with five-element music therapy on clinical symptoms and quality of life for patients with post-stroke depression(PSD)and sleep disorders.Methods:126 patients with PSD who were hospitalized in the department of neurology in the hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected.They were divided into observation group(n=63)and controlled group(n=63)by the random number table method.The controlled group was treated with conventional drugs,and on this basis,the observation group was given points massage and five-element music therapy.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI),TCM symptoms and Quality of Life(SF-36)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group and the controlled group were 93.65%and 79.37%respectively.Scores of HAMD,PQSI and TCM symptom in the observation group decreased significantly after 6 courses of treatment and were better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores of the observation group increased significantly during 3 months of follow-up(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in RE,VT,BP,MH and GH(P<0.05).Conclusion:Points massage combined with five-element music therapy can effectively relieve depression and sleep disorders in patients with PSD,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
