益心附葶饮对慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Yixinfuting Liquid for Rat Models of Heart Failure

摘要 目的:通过建立实验性慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型研究益心附葶饮对慢性心力衰竭的影响。方法:采用冠状动脉结扎术法建立慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型。生物机能实验系统检测大鼠血流动力学的各项指标;天平称重测量心脏质量,计算心脏脏器指数;ELISA试剂盒检测外周血中NT-pro BNP、CRP、ET-1的含量。结果:相对于假手术组,模型组LVSP、LV+dp/dtmax和<LV-dp/dtmax均降低(P<0.05),LVEDP升高(P<0.05);相对于模型组,高、中剂量组与缬沙坦组LVSP、LV+dp/dtmax和LV-dp/dtmax均升高(P<0.05),LVEDP降低(P<0.05)。相对于假手术组,模型组全心质量指数和左心室质量指数均升高(P<0.05);相对于模型组,高、中剂量组与缬沙坦组全心质量指数和左心室质量指数均降低(P<0.05)。相对于假手术组,模型组外周血中NT-pro BNP、CRP、ET-1含量均升高(P<0.05);相对于模型组,高、中、低剂量组与缬沙坦组外周血中NT-pro BNP、CRP、ET-1含量均降低(P<0.05)。结论:益心附葶饮可以治疗慢性心力衰竭,其作用机制可能与抑制BNP、CRP、ET-1的分泌,减缓慢性心力衰竭的病理过程有关。 Objective: To explore Yixinfuting Liquid(YFL) 's influence on heart failure through the researches on rat models of heart failure. Methods: To create rat models of heart failure,using coronary ligations. The hemodynamic parameters of rats were measured with biological function experimental system; the quality of hearts was measured by weighing scale and the indexes of heart organs were calculated. The level of NT-pro BNP,CRP and ET-1 in peripheral blood was measured by ELISA. Results:Compared with sham operation group,the level of LVSP,LV + dp/dtmaxand LV-dp/dtmaxof the model group decreased(P <0. 05),but LVEDP increases(P<0. 05); Compared with the model group,the level of LVSP,LV+dp/dtmaxand LV-dp/dtmaxof the high dose group,the middle dose group and the valsartan group increased respectively(P<0. 05),but LVEDP decreases(P< 0. 05). Compared with the sham operation group,heart weight/body weight(HW/BW) and left ventricular weight/body weight(LVW/BW) of the model group increased(P<0. 05). Compared with the model group,heart weight/body weight(HW/BW)and left ventricular weight/body weight(LVW/BW) of the high dose group,the middle dose group and the valsartan group decreased respectively(P<0. 05). Compared with the sham operation group,the level of NT-pro BNP,CRP and ET-1 of the model group in peripheral blood increases(P<0. 05); Compared with the model group,the level of NT-pro BNP,CRP and ET-1 of the high dose group,the middle dose group,the low group and the valsartan group in blood decreases respectively(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Yixinfuting can improve the change of CHF,which mechanism maybe reduce the secretion of BNP,CRP and ET-1,and slower pathological process of heart failure.
