摘要
目的探讨心理干预联合康复训练对宫颈癌根治术后患者生活质量及不良情绪的影响。方法选取西安市第四医院2014年9月至2016年9月的175例宫颈癌根治术后患者,随机分为试验组(85例)和对照组(90例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上进行心理干预联合康复训练,干预1个月后,观察两组患者的生活质量评分、情绪评分和满意度。结果试验组的生活质量评分与对照组比较存在明显差异(t值分别为4.825、3.926、4.038、4.126、4.093,均P<0.01);试验组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分明显比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为6.724、6.016,均P<0.01);试验组患者的满意度(97.6%)明显高于对照组(78.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.566,P<0.01);试验组的性功能障碍发生率(14.1%)明显低于对照组(44.4%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.251,P<0.01)。结论心理干预联合康复训练可以有效地改善宫颈癌根治术后患者的生活质量,缓解患者不良情绪,减少性功能障碍的发生,患者满意度更高。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation training on the quality of life(QOL)and negative emotions of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation.Methods 175 cases of cervical cancer after radical operation from No.4 Hospital of Xi’an were selected from among patients admitted during the period from September 2014 to September 2016,and the patients selected were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=85)and the control group(n=90).Patients in the control group were treated with the routine nursing care,while patients in the experimental group were treated with psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of the treatment taken in the control group.After the treatment if 1 month,quality of life score,emotional score and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The quality of life score of the experimental group and the control group showed significant statistical difference(t=4.825,3.926,4.038,4.126,4.093,respectively,P<0.01 for all);HAMD score and HAMA score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=6.724,6.016,respectively,P<0.01 for all);the patient’s satisfaction(97.6%)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.7%),showing a statistical significance(χ~2=14.566,P<0.01);the incidence of sexual dysfunction of the experimental group(14.1%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(44.4%),manifesting a statistical significance(χ~2=19.251,P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life of the radical resection of cervical cancer,alleviate bad mood,reduce sexual dysfunction,and the patients are more satisfied.
