摘要
WC35Y排水泵车是针对矿上排水不畅设计的应急救援设备,其转向机构的设计是保证排水泵车能正常使用的前提。通过Adams分析排水泵车转向时各个连杆的载荷变化,得出杆件KL的载荷最大为168000 N;通过Abaqus对转向机构各个节臂和转向杆进行强度分析,中心转向节臂和端部转向节臂的应力分别为106.5 MPa和44.7 MPa,变形均较小;转向杆TS在极限载荷下的应力为312 MPa,基本满足使用要求。
WC35Y drainage pump truck is an emergency rescue equipment designed for poor drainage in mines.The design of its steering mechanism is the premise to ensure the normal use of the stuck pump truck.Through Adams analysis of the load change of each connecting rod when the drainage pump turns,it is concluded that the maximum load of KL is 168000 N.The strength of each knuckle arm and steering rod of steering mechanism is analyzed by Abaqus.The stress of the center knuckle arm and the end knuckle arm are 106.5 MPa and 44.7 MPa,respectively,and zhe deformation is small.The stress of the steering rod TS under the ultimate load is 312 MPa,which basically meets the application requirements.
