摘要
利率市场化就是利率自由化 ,其约束条件是较为严格的 ,主要为价格放开的顺序、市场基础、监管保障三大类。我国全面放开利率的条件还不成熟 ,主要表现在 :赤字财政状况 ;金融监管 ;企业预算软约束 ;低利率政策需求等方面 ,因此渐进式改革仍是稳步推进我国利率自由化主要途径。在利率自由化过程中 。
The interest rate liberalization refers to the case in which i nterest rates are determined by the market force, which has quite rigid restricted cond itions, mainly containing three aspects: the order of freeing up interest rates, the market foundation, the high quality of supervision. The conditions for free ing up interest rates in a; round way are still not mature in China, which are e mbodied mainly on the following aspects: the state of budget deficits, the finan cial supervision, the soft constrain of enterprise budget, the demand for low in terest rate policy etc.. So the gradual reform is still the main approach of ste adily pushing interest rate liberalization in China. In the process of interest rate liberalization the key of it is to control the one-year deposit interest ra te.
