摘要
建立了猪肉中庆大霉素残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品中庆大霉素采用5%三氯乙酸-磷酸盐溶液提取,经HLB固相萃取柱净化,C8色谱柱分离,对样品前处理条件、液相色谱分离条件和质谱检测条件进行了优化。通过实际样品添加回收率实验,庆大霉素定量检出限为20ug/kg,三个添加水平下,猪肉样品加标回收率为73%~95%,相对标准偏差为4. 3%~7. 7%。结果表明,该方法准确、高效,适用于猪肉中庆大霉素残留量的检测。
A method of determining gentamicin residues in pork by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was established.The gentamicin in the sample was extracted by 5%trichloroacetic acid-phosphate solution,and it was purified by hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB)solid phase extraction column,and it was separated by C8 column,and pretreatment conditions,liquid chromatography separation conditions and mass spectrometry detection conditions of the sample were optimized.Through fortified recovery experiments of practical sample,quantitative detection limit of gentamicin was 20μg/kg.Under three levels of addition,the fortified recovery of pork sample was 73%-95%,and relative standard deviation was 4.3%-7.7%.The results showed that the method was accurate and efficient,and it was suitable for the detection of gentamycin residues in pork.
