瑞丽市大米重金属污染调查与安全评价 被引量:3

Preliminary Investigation and Safety Evaluation on Heavy Metals Pollution in Rice of Ruili City

摘要 对瑞丽市5个乡镇不同区域14个点的大米进行抽样检测,结果表明:瑞丽市大米重金属污染主要表现为个别区域性的Pb污染,且受到污染的程度较轻;其余区域大米中重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg的含量均在标准限量内;4种重金属的单项污染指数<1.0,综合污染指数0.178~0.862,大米污染程度为安全—警戒限;从重金属的角度看,可放心食用。建议从大米的市场准入制度、种植耕作制度等方面加强管理,确保大米优质安全生产。 We sampling test of the rice from 14 places in different area of 5 towns in Ruili city, it was found that the rice of in specific area in Ruili city were contaminated by Pb metals, it was light pollution;The concentration of Pb, Cd, As, Hg did not exceed the standard;The mean value of single-factor indices of 4 heavy metal was less than 1.0, the synthetic pollution indices of rice heavy metals is 0.178~0.862, it was between the grade of safety and warning; In conclusion, rice quality of heavy metals is relatively good in general, safe to eat; In order to ensure high quality and safety in rice production, should be strengthened management from market access system and farming and cropping system.
