摘要
目的 :研究植物油是否加快有机磷的吸收。方法 :分别以生理盐水和植物油溶解有机磷 ,给动物灌服 ,观察给药动物的一般表现、死亡率和血胆碱酯酶变化。结果 :灌服植物油溶解有机磷的动物 ,与灌服生理盐水溶解有机磷的动物比较 ,中毒表现轻 ,死亡率低 ,血胆碱酯酶受抑制程度轻。结论 :植物油可减少有机磷的吸收量 ,降低有机磷的吸收速度。
Objective:To study whether vegetable oil increased the absorption of organophosphate.Methods:The organophosphate dissolved in saline or vegetable oil respectively was given to mice or rabbits by ig. The manifests and death rate were observed in mice. The sera cholinesterase activity of rabbits were measured.Results:The mice given organophosphate in vegetable oil have less toxic manifests and lower death rate. The cholinesterase activity was inhibited less in the rabbits poisoned with organophosphate in vegetable oil. Conclusion: The vegetable oil could decrease the absorption of organophosphate in animals.
