摘要
用川楝素处理菜青虫Pieris rapae L.五龄前期幼虫,对其体内几种重要酶系的活性作了测定。结果表明,取食川楝素后的幼虫中肠组织中微粒体多功能氧化酶活性明显被抑制;蛋白酶活性也受到一定程度的抑制;对淀粉酶、脂肪酶及乙酰胆硷酯酶活性均无明显影响。酯酶总活性降低,但电泳分析结果表明亦有个别酶带得到加强。注射川楝素于血腔后,试虫中肠酯酶活性下降,但血淋巴中酯酶活性却升高,电泳图谱亦稍有不同,故有必要对酯酶同功酶作详细研究。通过测定可以看出。
The activities of several enzyme systems of the fifth instar larvae of cabbage worm Pieris rapae L. treated with toosendanin, a botanical material from the bark of chinaberry (Melia too-sendan and M. azedarach), were investigated. The results indicated that the activities of ace-tylcholinesterase, α and β-amylase and lipase did not show obvious changes. But the activity of mixed-function oxidases in the midgut of the larvae was decreased by 50% after 48 hr feeding with toosendanin. The activities of esterases in Kemolymph did not change but marked decrease was found in the midgut. Thus the detoxicification enzyme systems in the midgut was inhibited and further toxic reaction of toosendanin could take place. In addition, the activity of proteinase in midgut was also inhibited after feeding or injecting with toosendanin into the hemococle.
