摘要
高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)技术对具有电化学活性的物质的分离检测具有优势。本文采用HPCE技术,以焦性没食子酸为内标物探索了几种常见的食品添加剂含量的测定方法;对市售的5种饮料和1种小食品进行了测定分析,方法简单快速,效果理想,不失为一种检测添加剂含量的好方法。
The hig h efficiency capillary electrophoresis(HPCE)is advantag eous in detection the substances having electrochemistrical activity.Using g allic acid as the internal standard,the HPCE method was used to detect the quantity of food additives:coffeine,benzonic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin in the beverag es and the snacks from market.This is a g ood method for the quantification of additives in the food.
