摘要
中部地区是我国新一轮工业化、城镇化、信息化和农业现代化建设的重点区域,是形成新的增长极、扩大内需、提升开放水平最具潜力的区域。促进中部地区崛起战略实施以来,中部六省经济社会发展取得显著成就。深入贯彻党的十九大精神,推进中部地区经济加快崛起,需要根据新时代的发展要求和新的发展理念,更深入地研究中部地区以及各省各市的经济资源和比较优势,围绕发挥优势推动区域内部的分工与合作,进行统筹规划、协调推进,抓好关键环节和重点工作,推进中部地区实现更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续的发展。
The central region is the key area of the new round of industrialization, urbanization,informatization and agricultural modernization in China,and the area w ith the most potential to form a new grow th pole, expand domestic demand and enhance the level of opening up. Since the implementation of the strategy to promote the rise of the central region,remarkable achievements have been made in the economic and social development of six provinces in the central region. In order to fulfill the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC and accelerate the economic rise of the central region,it is necessary to study the economic resources and comparative advantages of the central region and the provinces and municipalities in a more in-depth manner in accordance w ith the requirements of the new era and the new concepts of development,promote the division of labor and cooperation w ithin the region by giving full play to the advantages,carry out overall planning and coordinated advancement,and grasp key links and key tasks,so as to achieve higher-quality,more efficient,more equitable and more sustainable development in the central region.
