摘要
面临资源紧张、环境污染、气候变化等诸多挑战,需要大力推动以太阳能、风能等清洁能源替代化石能源,走绿色低碳可持续的全球能源转型道路。针对全球能源互联互通需要,提出了通过时序场景计及全球可再生能源资源和电力需求的分布特性,在此基础上以全球电力供应总成本最小化为目标,构建了全球联网电力流多期规划模型;最后面向全球能源资源大范围优化配置的发展愿景,开展了全球联网电力流格局的量化分析。
Faced with many challenges such as resource constraints, environmental pollution, and climate change, it is necessary to vigorously promote the replacement of fossil energy with clean energy such as solar energy and wind energy, and take a green, low-carbon sustainable global energy transformation path. For global energy interconnection needs, this paper proposes to consider the distribution characteristics of global renewable energy resources and power demand through the time series scenarios. On this basis, the multi-period planning model of power flow of global energy interconnection is established with the goal of minimizing the total cost of global electricity supply. Finally, towards the development vision of global energy resources allocated in a wide range, a quantitative analysis of power flow patterns of global energy interconnection is carried out.
