摘要
网对网式的国与国之间的电力协商交易模式无法全面支撑各类跨国电力交易,严重依赖运营机构信用和成员互信的跨国电力市场也不容易形成,区块链技术有可能提供一种介于以上两种方式之间的跨国电力交易模式。从跨国电力交易的实际需求出发,分析了区块链技术的适用性,建立了一个包含半分布式网络拓扑结构、多主体交易区块链数据结构和多管理节点共识机制的基于联盟链的跨国电力交易框架,并设计了详细的跨国电力集中交易过程,分析了模型与数据共享、安全约束出清等关键支撑技术。研究表明,区块链技术对于跨国电力集中交易有很高的适用性,所提出的解决方案提供了具有通用性的跨国集中交易支撑框架。
The grid-based power transaction negotiation mode between nations cannot support all types of transnational power trade in a standardized and comprehensive manner.Because it is limited by various harsh conditions.the market,which relies heavily on the credit of operation organization and mutual trust of members,is difficult to form.The emergence of block chain technology has created a new transnational power trade mode between the above two modes.Starting from the actual demands of transnational power trade,we analyze the applicability of block chain technology,and establish a framework of transnational power centralized trade based on a consortium block chain that includes a semi-distributed network topology,a block chain data structure supporting multiple market subjects trade,and a consensus mechanism for multiple management nodes.Based on the proposed framework,a detailed trade process is designed,and the key supporting technologies,such as model and data sharing technology and security constraint clearing technology,are analyzed.We confirm the applicability of block chain technology to transnational power centralized trade.The proposed solution is a universal framework for transnational power trade.
