摘要
在"一带一路"建设的进程中,互联互惠是应有之义。本文通过对笔者在西北地区田野调查中的所接触的包括牛羊肉、茶叶、拉面在内的清真饮食的阐释分析,试图从"人主之间"~①"人人之间""物人之间"三个角度去审视在"一带一路"实施进程中的区域互通和族群互惠的情境,以期进一步探讨建立在彼此联通意义上的"在一起"何以成为可能。
In the process of fulfilling the strategy of the belt and road, interconnecting and mutual-benefit should be the basic principle. This paper,based on field investigation on beef and mutton, tea and Lamian to analyze muslim foods, focuses on three views of "between Allah and Human being","between human being" and "between objects and human being" so as to inspect the situations of regional interaction and mutual benefit among groups which take place in the process of fulfilling the strategy, and for the further possibility of "being together" which is on the base of mutual combination.
