摘要
平行光管作为地面定标设备的重要组成部分,该文以大口径、宽谱段、长后截距的平行光管作为研究对象,分别采用了Wetherell式和Cook式离轴三反射系统设计出焦距长为10000mm,工作谱段为400nm~2500nm,视场角为0.3°×0.3°,系统有效口径为Ф620mm的平行光管,并提出了平行光管在真空低温定标试验中通用要求,设计结果表明:Wetherell式离轴三反射系统波像差优于λ/20,系统的后截距长达1.7m,更好地解决了产品真空低温定标测试操作困难的问题,降低了试验成本。
The parallel light pipe is the important part in the field of vacuum calibration test of product. The parallel light pipe with the advantages of large diameter, broad spectrum, long back focal length was studied in this paper. The optical systems with focal length of 10000 mm, spectral region from 400 nm to 2500 nm, field of view angle of 0.3°×0.3°, effective aperture of system of Ф620 mm were designed by used of Wetherell off-axis three-mirror system and Cook off-axis three-mirror system. The generic requirements of the parallel light pipe were proposed in the field of vacuum calibration test of product. The result indicated that wavefront aberration of Wetherell off-axis three-mirror system was better than λ/20, back focal length of the system can attain to 1.7 m, the system had better solved difficulties from operation in the field of vacuum calibration test, and reduced the cost.
