摘要
【目的/意义】供应链管理理论和方法的研究日渐丰富完善,促使企业竞争情报研究由横向的产业层面扩展到了纵向的供应链层面,在供应链所代表的供需协同和合作的新环境下,企业竞争情报活动的内容体系和运作流程必然要求纳入供应链合作维度的新内容。【方法/过程】本文以国内外供应链、企业竞争情报及供应链环境下企业竞争情报的相关研究为基础,以企业为中心,在企业供应链环境下,运用理论分析方法,整合提炼出了企业竞争情报的两个重要维度——信息和关系,并进一步从企业内部和外部展开研究。【结果/结论】本文以全新的视角在横向产业竞争和纵向供应链合作构成的二维竞合关系之中,构建了企业内部和外部竞争情报体系及其基本运作模型,为供应链环境下企业竞争情报运作问题的研究提供了较为全面的基础性研究框架。
【Purpose/significance】The study of supply chain theory and method has become rich and sophisticated increasingly,which makes the research of enterprise competitive intelligence extend to the vertical supply chain level from the horizontal industry level.Under the coordination and cooperation environment of supply chain,the enterprise competitive intelligence system and process must develop new content about cooperation.【Method/process】Based on lots of related studies about supply chain,enterprise competitive intelligence and supply chain intelligence at home and abroad,with the enterprise as the center,this paper integrates and refines two important dimensions of enterprise competitive intelligence:information and relationship by theoretical method,and does further research from inside and outside the enterprise in the supply chain environment.【Result/conclusion】In a new perspective,this paper builds the internal and external enterprises competitive intelligence system and its basic operation model in the two-dimensional environment of industry competition and supply chain cooperation,and provides a comprehensive fundamental research framework for the study of enterprise competitive intelligence operation problems in the supply chain environment.
