摘要
介绍一种用于润滑油馏分异构脱蜡催化剂的制备方法和表征结果。表明:用PAS分子筛制备的催化剂比用常规的SAPO 11分子筛制备的催化剂具有更好的蜡异构活性、选择性和稳定性,可以生产低倾点、高粘度指数润滑油基础油,并且基础油收率较高。表征的结果显示PAS分子筛具有更多的适合蜡分子异构化反应的孔径分布。
An iso-dewaxing catalyst for high quality lube base oil production is prepared and characterized. The results show that the catalyst prepared by the PAS molecular sieve has more excellent activity, selectivity and stability than the catalyst prepared by the SAPO-11 molecular sieve.The lube base oil with lower pour point and higher viscosity index can be produced with higher yield. The characterization results of the catalyst show that the PAS molecular sieve has more pore-size distributions for VGO isomerization dewaxing.
